Second workshop on piloting the monitoring and evaluation system of social services
Today, the second workshop was held with the selected social service providers involved in the pilot activity to establish a system for monitoring and evaluating social services at the level of social service providers. The digital form for monthly reporting was presented at the same.
The EPTISA project team together with the service providers discussed the content and the way of filling in the electronic parts (3-6) of the monthly report. It aims to facilitate the work of social service providers and also to provide comprehensive quantitative and qualitative data on the delivered service on a monthly basis.
Over the next period, service providers will test the prepared digital/electronic reporting formats on a monthly basis.
