To increase the awareness, knowledge, skills and competences about Monitoring and Evaluation in provision of social and community-based services and to get familiar in depth with the institutional set up in provision of Monitoring and Evaluation at all levels by defining rights and responsibilities of all stakeholders at local and central level. Specific learning objectives:
- concepts of Monitoring and Evaluation in provision of social and community-based services and how they can contribute for provision of high quality social and community-based services.
- to gain knowledge and competences about different types of monitoring and evaluation on regular basis during and after provision of social and community-based services.
- institutional set up in provision of Monitoring and Evaluation by defining the key stakeholders involved in provision of Monitoring and Evaluation at central and local level (rights, responsibilities and scope of interventions)
