The project is committed to pilot technical assistance and on the spot support to selected social service providers to be licensed. The “Support of Modernization and Deinstitutionalization of Social Services” Project has developed methodology that provides a step by step practical guidance based on guidelines (in relation to existing standards-rulebooks for each service) of the whole Dossier of Documents for Licensing in accordance to the new Social Protection Law. The project will apply a direct assistance and support to providers to complete the full Dossier and apply to the MLSP Licensing Committee.
