Training: Personal Planning in Social Services
With the participation of more than eighty social professionals, public and private providers of social services in Day Care, Home Care, Rehabilitation Centres, Special Institutes, Centers of Social Work, Institute os Social Activities, MLSP SSIP project grantees, with today’s training “Personal Planning in Social Services” ended the spring series of trainings for capacity building of social professionals. The trainings continue in the autumn.
Trainer Monica Gabanyi introduced the concepts and methods for making individual plans, from person-cantered plans to an individualized care plan, as well as the main steps that need to be taken to make an individual plan. The focus of the second training session was on the phases and tools for developing individual community care plans, as well as implementation and follow-up process.
The participants, through group work, participated in practical exercises for identification of the basics, principles and key features for making plans cantered on the person and the main steps to be taken to make an individual plan, as well as in the exchange of ideas and suggestions on how to encourage and optimize the development of individual plans in our country.
The training “Personal Planning in Social Services”, organized in cooperation with the Institute for Social Activities, is a post-qualification training for social professionals with long years of work experience.
