The second day of the virtual study visit to the Valakupiai Rehabilitation Center in Vilnius, Lithuania, took place on April 20, 2021. Sixty participants, mainly social professionals and representatives of public and private social service providers from the country, had the opportunity to hear the experiences and discuss with their Lithuanian colleagues the issues and challenges related to the supported employment service and the decision support service.

The situation on the Lithuanian labour market, the practices for Supported Employment Service, as well as innovations in the services introduced through employment projects were presented by Darjuš Tankeliun. He also provided comprehensive answers to many questions from his Macedonian counterparts. You can watch the first session here.

In the second session, Dovilė Sabaliauskaitė and Goda Gudienė from the Valakupiai Rehabilitation Center presented the Supported Decision Service, a service not yet offered in Northern Macedonia.

The third session was dedicated to an in-depth discussion.
