Certificate Awarding for Social Professionals and Social Service Providers Begins
As of today, the project “Supporting modernization and deinstitutionalization of social services” begins the awarding of 520 Certificates of Attendance to participants that met the criteria for active participation in eight training modules.
The eight trainings, held in the period May-June 2021, were attended by social professionals, public and private social service providers and representatives of the local self-government units.
The trainings, organized in cooperation with the IPA department at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and the Institute for Social Activities, contributed to the continuous professional development of professionals working in the social sector at national and local level, as well as social service providers who establish a new social service in the communities.
The trainings held, as well as the trainings that will be held in the fall this year, are the result of a rigorous Training Needs Assessment process that included more than 700 social professionals who clearly defined their current and long term training needs.
The support of the social sector for professional development continues in the fall, with a new series of trainings.
The materials from the trainings in the spring session (videos and lessons) are available for all interested social professionals who want to upgrade their knowledge. You can find them on our web platform, in the Video Trainings section.
To access the materials, those interested must register. For all notifications, follow us on the social networks Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
