Second meeting of the working group for piloting the monitoring and evaluation system of social services
The second meeting of the working group for piloting the monitoring and evaluation system of social services at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy was held today. It was attended by representatives from the MLSP (Sector for Social Protection and the Department for European Integration and International Cooperation), the Commission for Licensing of Social Service Providers, the Office for Social Activities, the service providers involved in the pilot activity (NGO Inclusiva from Kumanovo, Association of people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities – Veles and Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia – Municipal Organization Strumica and the EPTISA project team.
The purpose of the meeting was to familiarize the representatives of the working group with:
1) The progress related to the implemented activities according to the first phase of the piloting – preparation and reporting on the delivered service on a monthly basis and the auxiliary form for reporting on the delivered service per user on a weekly basis;
2) Lessons learned from the activities carried out by the project team and service providers;
3) The recommendations coming from the service providers for the developed reporting forms;
4) Future activities related to strengthening the capacities of service providers;
5) Introductory guidelines for the preparation of the six-monthly and annual report on the delivered social services.
