Third workshop on piloting the monitoring and evaluation system
A third workshop was held today with the three service providers involved in piloting the monitoring and evaluation system for social services. At the same, the service providers had the opportunity to receive feedback on the monthly reports prepared by them, to share their experiences, lessons learned and to make suggestions for improving the form.
Pursuant to their recommendations, the project team also developed an online reporting tool for service delivered per user on a weekly basis. In the coming period, service providers through their coordinators, assistants/caregivers and caregivers will have the opportunity to test this tool as well. The project team leader also informed them about future activities aimed at strengthening the capacities of social service providers, especially licensed service providers.
