Trainings

To help strengthen the capacities of the competent institutions in municipalities (including self government units) in the preparation of the Social Plan at the local level, in accordance with the legal obligations under Article 142 of the Law on Social Protection. The training will strengthen the capacities at the local level to take a leading role in the development of the local social services system through local initiatives and multi-sectoral cooperation.

• using local mapping as a basis for planning response to the needs of vulnerable groups of citizens at the local level;
• sensitizing stakeholders to the needs of people at social risk and vulnerable groups at the local level;
• recognizing community resources, depending on the needs of people at risk and vulnerable groups at the local level;
• Understand the importance of planning and implementing social services for people at social risk and vulnerable groups within the competencies of stakeholders at the local level;
• planning and development of social services at the local level;
• financial and spatial design for development of social services at the local level;
• inter-institutional cooperation and cooperation with potential social service providers at the local level;
