Workshop “HOW EASY ARE EASY-TO-READ DOCUMENTS?”

Yesterday, at the Social Enterprises Centre, we held the workshop “HOW EASY ARE EASY-TO-READ DOCUMENTS?”.

Twenty participants, representatives of social service providers from Bitola, Berovo, Skopje, Kavadarci, Negotino, Strumica, Veles, Sveti Nikole and Tetovo have the opportunity to get acquainted with the basic principles and rules for preparing EASY TO READ documents.

The event, which is organized in cooperation with the MTSP and the EU Delegation, was opened by Marija Marinaku, the rear leader of the project, and Drita Aslani, a representative from the MTSP.

Karolina Fick explained the basic rules and regulations for easy-to-read documents, while Maya Atanasova, following the example of the easy-to-read documents prepared by the project, described the process of how to get from a rule book or a legal document to an easy-to-read document. She, within the framework of the project, participated in the preparation of easy-to-read documents Services for help and care in the home and Day care services.

Our team leader Maria Marinaku addressed the challenges and solutions in structuring easy-to-read documents.
